Pursuant to Sup.Rule 66.03 the Court has an established guardian comment and complaint (hereinafter collectively referred to as “complaints”) process. Please refer to Local Rule 66 which can be found on the court website by clicking here. PLEASE NOTE: The Court will communicate all complaints about a guardian’s performance to the guardian and/or the guardian’s counsel expeditiously and pursuant to this local rule. Complaints received regarding the performance of any guardians and the resulting documents and correspondence are considered to be case documents and are accessible to the public.
